    Yamba

    The Yamba Lighthouse, Main Beach salt water swimming pool, Surfing, Boat harbour marina/trawlers, Port of Yamba Historical Society Museum, arthouse Australia art gallery, Gorman's Oyster farm, catch a water ferry to Iluka (20 mins), coastal walk to Angourie.

    Whale Watching

    The Humpback and the Southern Right Whale are the two most common species of whales to be sighted from the Yamba coastline. Migrating north to Harvey Bay to calve, their greatest numbers can be seen during August and September. Best spots for viewing are at the Yamba Lighthouse, Yamba Breakwall, Angourie and Green Point and Lovers Point.

  • Conveyancer

    Glaser Lawyers is a well regarded firm boasting a team of legal experts, committed to their strong client base. Due to rapid expansion, we now require a highly skilled Paralegal experienced in Conveyancing to join our Commercial Property team.

    We are currently seeking a Conveyancer to join our team in our Maclean NSW office.

    This exciting new role will see you supporting an expert solicitor on a range of commercial property transactions.

    Some of the key responsibilities of this role will include, but not be limited to:

    • Drafting and Advising on property contracts

    • Liaising with clients and legal professionals of various levels

    • Manage multiple projects

    • Assist with end to end conveyancing processes

    • Document and correspondence typing

    To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

    • Be a great team worker with good organisational skills

    • Methodical, attention to detail, effective time management and strong communication skills

    • Experience within Property law

    • Solid drafting skills

    • A minimum typing speed of 60WPM

    • Prioritising incoming work

    • Open and close files

    • Manage, collate and file documents
